Technical Services Manager Training & Technical Support up to 45K + bonus + benefits
Technical Services Manager required to train customers, employees and partners on company?s suite of products and provide technical support to key accounts throughout EMEA.
Your skills will include:
· Windows NT, 2000, 2003, XP and 9.x desktop and server operating systems;
· Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query languages;
· TCP*IP networks, including DHCP, DNS, WINS;
· Internet technologies, including IIS, HTML, XML, HTTP, HTTPS;
· Network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, subnets, V-LANs, Ethernet;
· Some knowledge of Network protocols (eg. TCP*IP, IPX*SPX);Active Directory ; Network Services
With around 2 years formal and informal training experience you will have the ability to learn software products quickly, be able to work independently and part of a team and have excellent communications skills. Fluency in French or German is desirable. This role is based in Reading, Berkshire.
